Terms & Conditions

SAUD-E BUSINESS LEAGUE / OFFICIAL TERMS & POLICIES (2025–2026)

(Applicable to all companies and participants registering for the League)

1. Registration & Payment

Registration is confirmed only after full payment of the participation fee and receipt of the signed quotation or online agreement.

Payments must be made within the deadline specified on the quotation or invoice.

Once registration is confirmed, it becomes final, non-transferable, and non- refundable.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

No refund will be issued for any reason (withdrawal, internal reorganization, player unavailability, schedule conflicts, injury, or resignation).

No compensation will be provided for missed matches, late arrivals, or incomplete teams.

In the event of a team withdrawal after confirmation, the entire participation fee remains due.

3. Modification or Cancellation by the Organizer

SAUD-E Business League reserves the right to adjust schedules, locations, or formats when necessary (e.g., weather conditions, field availability, safety).

If an event is postponed or reorganized, teams will be offered an alternative date or credit, but no refund will be granted.

Matches are scheduled between Sunday and Wednesday (7 PM–9 PM) and may be rescheduled by the organizer when required.

4. Force Majeure

In case of external events beyond the organizer’s control (e.g., government restrictions, extreme weather, pandemics, infrastructure failures), the League may postpone or adapt the competition format.

These circumstances do not entitle participants to any refund, reduction, or compensation.

5. Eligibility & Conduct

All registered players must be official employees of the participating company.

Teams must respect the League’s official rules, schedules, and fair-play principles.

Any inappropriate or violent behavior may lead to suspension or disqualification without refund.6. Equipment & Uniforms

Each registered team receives customized jerseys with the company logo and player names.

Once produced, jerseys cannot be exchanged, modified, or refunded.

Players must wear their official team kit for every match.

7. Insurance & Medical Responsibility

Participants play under their own responsibility.

It is the company’s responsibility to ensure its players are covered by appropriate health and accident insurance.

The League and PSG Academy Saudi Arabia are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage occurring during participation, except in cases of proven gross negligence.

8. Media & Image Rights

By registering, companies and players authorize the League to capture and use images, videos, and interviews for communication and promotional purposes (website, social media, press releases, etc.).

This authorization is non-exclusive, worldwide, and free of charge.

Participants may request removal of specific content by written notice, subject to technical feasibility.

9. Data Collection & Privacy

Personal and company data collected via online forms are used solely for registration, communication, logistics, and promotion.

Data will not be shared with third parties except for operational needs (e.g., jersey printing, scheduling, or communication tools such as WhatsApp).

Participants agree to receive organizational updates and communications related to the League.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jeddah.

If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining terms shall remain fully enforceable.
